Buyers, customs authorities and market-surveillance bodies check certification claims, so we state the position precisely rather than printing a badge we cannot back up.

What is in place

The company operates an ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management system covering the processing of mobile crushers and mobile screening machines.
The technical documentation for the mobile crusher range has been verified against the essential requirements of Directives 2006/42/EC, 2014/30/EU and 2014/35/EU by three independent certification bodies (ECM Italy, ICR Polska, UDEM Türkiye).
A signed EU Declaration of Conformity exists for Directive 2000/14/EC, with the technical file held by our EU representative in Italy.
The machine range has been tested to EN ISO 3744:2010 with a measured A-weighted sound power level of 91 dB(A).
The UPSEN trade mark is registered in the EU, the USA, Australia and Russia.

What we do not claim

The ECM, ICR and UDEM documents are voluntary verification schemes. They are not a Notified Body EC-type examination, and each document says on its face that it does not replace the EC Declaration of Conformity.
Verification by ECM covered the technical documentation only; no product was tested by ECM. ICR Polska's 2021 document was proven on a test sample.
Engine emission compliance depends on the engine fitted. We configure the engine (EU Stage V, EPA Tier 4 Final or another stage) to your destination market, and the engine manufacturer's certificate for the engine actually installed is supplied with the machine.
We do not publish certification numbers we cannot show you. If a specific approval is required for your market, tell us the destination country and the customs procedure, and we will confirm in writing what is in place before you order.

Frequently asked questions

Is UPSEN machinery CE marked?

Yes. UPSEN applies the CE marking on the basis of its own Declarations of Conformity for the directives that apply to the machine. The underlying technical documentation for the mobile crusher range has been independently verified against Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, EMC Directive 2014/30/EU and Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU. We publish those documents on this page instead of asking you to take the claim on trust.

Which models are covered by the certificates?

The ECM certificate lists 50 models in Annex I, covering the U-JC, U-TC, U-MS, U-FS, U-SS, U-YK, U-ZS, U-TS, U-TD, U-IC, U-PF, U-HP and U-GP series. The ICR Polska noise document ICR/VC/UA260915 names 52 models, the ICR Polska 2021 document names 19, and the UDEM attestation names 11. Tell us the model you are buying and we will point you to the document that names it.

Can you issue a Declaration of Conformity for my machine?

Yes. A Declaration of Conformity is issued for each machine and travels with the shipping documents. For European deliveries the technical file is kept by our authorised representative, AC WORKS CONSULTING SRLS in Riccione, Italy, as required for machinery placed on the EU market.

How loud are your machines?

The A-weighted sound power level measured to EN ISO 3744:2010 on the U-JC425 mobile jaw crusher, tested as representative of the crusher range, is 91 dB(A). The full test report LTR20260909001 is available for download above.

Do you supply the certification documents needed for customs clearance?

Yes. Depending on the destination we can provide the Declaration of Conformity, the conformity certificates, the machine identification and marking information, the engine emission certificate, plus commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading and certificate of origin. Tell us the port and the customs procedure and we will list exactly which documents you will receive.
