Mobile Jaw Crusher for Concrete Recycling
Turn demolition concrete into reusable aggregate on site - no haulage, no landfill fees, no waiting for a fixed plant. UPSEN tracked jaw crushers crush 40-100 t/h of concrete into 20-100 mm aggregate, powered by their own diesel engine and ready to work within minutes of arrival.
Get A QuoteWhy process concrete on site?
A tracked jaw crusher turns 100 tonnes of demolition waste into 100 tonnes of sellable aggregate. You avoid disposal costs, cut haulage, and reclaim usable material for the next job.
Built for rebar and slab
Deep jaw chambers with Mn13Cr2 wear plates break down reinforced slab and block. Light steel passes through and is removed by the magnetic separator option before the discharge conveyor.
Arrive. Crush. Move on.
Self-propelled steel tracks and a diesel engine mean no crane, no power hookup and no road closure for setup. One operator moves the machine around the site as the workface advances.

Typical Concrete Recycling Flow
- 1Feed the hopperExcavator loads demolition concrete into the 3-4 m³ hopper with vibrating grizzly feeder, which scalps fines and soil.
- 2Jaw crushingThe deep jaw chamber reduces concrete to the set output size. Mn13Cr2 jaw plates handle rebar impact without premature wear.
- 3Magnetic separationAn optional overband magnet pulls loose rebar and wire from the crushed material before it leaves the machine.
- 4ScreeningA mobile screener grades the crushed concrete into the aggregate sizes your spec calls for - base course, sub-base or fill.
- 5Reuse on site or sellRecycled concrete aggregate goes straight back into the project as road base, or leaves the site as a saleable product.
Where Recycled Concrete Aggregate Is Used
- Road base and sub-base - the largest market for graded RCA, specified by contractors in many regions.
- Fill and backfill - clean crushed concrete is a stable, well-draining fill material.
- New concrete aggregate - fines and washed RCA can supplement virgin aggregate in non-structural mixes.
- Landscape and drainage - graded crushed concrete substitutes for gravel in drainage layers and landscaping.
Reduce landfill. Reduce cost. Reduce carbon.
Every tonne of concrete recycled on site avoids disposal charges, saves virgin aggregate, and cuts transport emissions. Speak to UPSEN about the right machine for your tonnage.

Common questions from demolition contractors and recycling operators
What size concrete can a mobile jaw crusher process?+
The UJC704 has a 680×430 mm feed opening and accepts concrete up to 350 mm. The larger UJC805 has an 800×500 mm opening and accepts up to 425 mm feed, including slab sections with light rebar.
What output size do you get from crushed concrete?+
The closed-side setting adjusts output from 20-80 mm (UJC704) or 30-100 mm (UJC805). Add a tracked screener such as the UYK221 or UZS1230 to grade the material into multiple sizes.
How many tonnes per hour can it process?+
The UJC704 handles 40-50 t/h; the UJC805 handles 50-100 t/h, depending on feed size, moisture content and the closed-side setting selected.
Does it need mains power or a crane to set up?+
No. The machines are fully self-powered by diesel engines (YANMAR on the UJC704, Cummins on the UJC805) and self-propelled on steel tracks. They walk off the trailer and start crushing.
What happens to rebar in the concrete?+
Light rebar passes through the jaw chamber without damaging the Mn13Cr2 plates. A magnetic separator option pulls steel out of the crushed stream before the discharge conveyor.
Can I make certified road base from recycled concrete?+
Yes. A crusher-screener pair produces the graded fractions specified for road base and sub-base. Many UPSEN customers run a jaw crusher with a scalping screener as a complete recycling train.
How do I move the crusher between job sites?+
The UJC704 weighs 14,500 kg at 5.8×2.2×2.6 m; the UJC805 weighs 22,000 kg at 9.2×3.2×3.0 m. Both fit a standard low-bed trailer with no disassembly.
