The UTS50 is a track-mounted trommel screen built for sticky, high-moisture and organic material such as topsoil, compost, mulch and green waste.
The rotating drum resists the blinding that stops vibrating screens on wet feed, handling up to 40-60 m³/h. A YANMAR 55 kW / 73 HP diesel engine drives the drum and belts.
Clean separation of fines and oversize in a single pass means topsoil and compost producers sell more product and re-handle less. Remote-controlled operation, tracked mobility and a 12-month warranty are standard on every UPSEN machine, with EU conformity documentation and OEM spare parts support for customers in 80+ countries.

The UPSEN UTS50 is a mobile trommel screener built for continuous duty in quarrying, concrete recycling and demolition work. Its rated output is 40-60 m³/h, fed from a 2200×3400 mm hopper and taking material.
The unit travels as one load on a low-bed trailer — 9.1×2.9×3.5 m and 15,000 kg — and is driven by YANMAR 55 kW / 73 HP, so no site power supply is needed. Steel tracks let the operator reposition the plant as the working face advances.
When specifying a mobile trommel screener, always match the throughput of the crusher with the downstream screening and stockpiling equipment, and check the maximum feed size against the material you actually run. An oversized inlet wastes fuel; an undersized one causes bridging and blocked jaws.

Yes — UPSEN machines are supplied with EU conformity documentation and leave the factory ready for work. Delivery is by sea (container or flat rack) to major ports.
Payment is 30% T/T deposit with the balance paid before shipment; an irrevocable L/C at sight is also accepted. Quotations are FOB Qingdao and valid for 30 days. Lead time is 15 days for standard models and 30 days for customised configurations, counted from receipt of deposit. The complete machine carries a 12-month warranty from commissioning, and wear parts such as jaw plates carry 6 months with a typical service life of 800-1,200 hours depending on the feed material.
