Product Description

The UYK221 is a heavy-duty tracked scalping screen that strips dirt, fines and oversize from contaminated feed before it reaches the crusher.

Built for demolition rubble, overburden, recycled aggregate and mine feed, it screens up to 20-30 m³/h, powered by a YANMAR 18.2 kW / 25 HP (EPA/Stage 5) diesel drive.

Scalping first protects downstream crushers and screens from wear and blockage - lowering operating cost across the whole plant. Remote-controlled operation, tracked mobility and a 12-month warranty are standard on every UPSEN machine, with EU conformity documentation and OEM spare parts support for customers in 80+ countries.

The UPSEN UYK221 is a mobile scalping screener built for continuous duty in quarrying, concrete recycling and demolition work. Its rated output is 20-30 m³/h, fed from a 1.5 m³ hopper and taking material up to < 200 mm at the inlet.

The unit travels as one load on a low-bed trailer -5700×2100×2550 mm and 4,800 kg -and is driven by YANMAR 18.2 kW / 25 HP (EPA/Stage 5), so no site power supply is needed. Steel tracks let the operator reposition the plant as the working face advances.
