The UIC70 is a track-mounted mobile impact crusher built to turn demolition concrete, asphalt (RAP) and medium-hard rock into cubical, well-graded aggregate on site.
A 3 m³ stock bin feeds a GZD0625 vibrating feeder that delivers 300 mm material into a 630×500 mm IC70 chamber, where rotating blow bars cast in ZgMn13Cr2 break it by impact instead of compression. The product leaves the chamber at an adjustable 20-80 mm on a B650×6500 mm discharge conveyor to a 1,800 mm stockpile, after passing an RCY650 belt-type iron remover. Rated capacity is 40-80 t/h.
The tracked impact crusher is the economical choice for recycling contractors and demolition firms that need saleable aggregate without hauling material off site. A CUMMINS 90 kW / 122 HP diesel generator on the chassis supplies the hydraulic circuit, so the machine needs no site power supply. Remote-controlled operation, tracked mobility and a 12-month warranty are standard on every UPSEN machine, with EU conformity documentation and OEM spare parts support for customers in 80+ countries.

The UPSEN UIC70 is a tracked mobile impact crusher built for continuous duty in demolition, concrete recycling and quarry work. Its rated output is 40-80 t/h, fed from a 3 m³ stock bin through a GZD0625 vibrating feeder and taking material up to 300 mm at the IC70 chamber inlet.
The unit works as one transportable package — 8500×2200×2650 mm in working order, 5800×2200×2600 mm in transport and 15,000 kg — driven by a CUMMINS 90 kW / 122 HP diesel generator mounted on the chassis, so no site power supply is needed. Crawler tracks let the operator reposition the plant as the working face advances.
The 630×500 mm IC70 chamber takes 300 mm feed and reduces it to an adjustable 20-80 mm product in a single pass, with an RCY650 belt-type iron remover pulling rebar and tramp metal off the discharge belt before the pile. When specifying a tracked mobile impact crusher, match the throughput of the crusher with the downstream screening and stockpiling equipment, and check the maximum feed size against the material you actually run. An oversized inlet wastes fuel; an undersized one causes bridging and blocked feed.
| Model | Capacity | Max. feed size | Total weight |
|---|---|---|---|
| UIC70 (this model) | 40-80 t/h | 300 mm | 15,000 kg |
| UIC80 | 30-80 t/h | 500 mm | 24,000 kg |
| UHC600 | 15-40 t/h | 250 mm | 4,800 kg |
| UJC106 | 150-300 t/h | 630 mm | 43,268 kg |
Based on rated capacity, the following UPSEN units are usually specified together with the UIC70:
Rated capacity is 40-80 t/h. Actual output depends on the material, the feed size and the discharge setting.
The UIC70 accepts up to 300 mm at the IC70 chamber inlet, and up to 380 mm in the 3 m³ stock bin.
15,000 kg, 8500×2200×2650 mm working and 5800×2200×2600 mm in transport. It can be moved on a standard low-bed trailer without dismantling.
A CUMMINS 90 kW / 122 HP diesel generator set on the chassis supplies the hydraulic circuit that turns the rotor and drives the feeder, the discharge belt and the tracks.
Yes — UPSEN machines are supplied with EU conformity documentation and leave the factory ready for work. Delivery is by sea (container or flat rack) to major ports.
Payment is 30% T/T deposit with the balance paid before shipment; an irrevocable L/C at sight is also accepted. Quotations are FOB Qingdao and valid for 30 days. Lead time is 15 days for standard models and 30 days for customised configurations, counted from receipt of deposit. The complete machine carries a 12-month warranty from commissioning, and wear parts such as blow bars carry 6 months with a typical service life of 800-1,200 hours depending on the feed material. Full terms are on our trade terms and service page.
The UIC70 is not individually named in the conformity documents we currently publish, so we do not claim coverage we cannot show. Yes. On-site installation, commissioning and operator training are available. Travel and accommodation are charged at cost and there is no separate service fee. Tell us the site location and we will estimate the number of days.
A single tracked unit rarely does everything — pair the UIC70 with the equipment below to build a working line.
