Mobile Jaw Crusher — 12 Tracked & Trailer Models, 6–500 t/h
UPSEN builds twelve mobile jaw crushers: ten tracked UJC models from 6 t/h to 500 t/h, plus two trailer-mounted UTC units for narrow urban sites. Maximum feed size runs from 180×300 mm to 650 mm and the closed-side setting from 10 mm to 200 mm. Every unit is diesel-powered; the tracked models are self-propelled and the UTC units are towable.

Weights are operating weights. UJC704, UJC805 and UJC96E list an RCY650 iron remover in their specification; UJC96E also carries a YK0810 pre-screen and a 2YK1012 two-deck screen.
How a Mobile Jaw Crusher Works
A jaw crusher is a compression machine: the swing jaw closes against the fixed jaw and breaks the feed against itself. Four things set what it will do on your site.
A vibrating feeder (GZD0625 on the UJC704, GZD0832 on the UJC805, GZD9638 on the UJC906) meters rock into the chamber at a steady rate. Hopper volume runs from 0.3 m³ on the compact units to 7 m³ on the UJC106 and UJC116.
Manganese jaw plates (ZgMn13Cr2 on the UJC503 through UJC96E, ZgMn18Cr2 on the UJC425 and UJC503E) grip and break the feed. Maximum feed size is set by the jaw opening, not by the conveyor.
The closed-side setting controls discharge size: 10-50 mm on the UJC425, 20-80 mm on the UJC704, 30-100 mm on the UJC805, up to 70-200 mm on the UJC116. Adjustment is a mechanical setting on the crusher, not a screen change.
A main conveyor lifts the crushed product to the stockpile — B650×6500 mm on the UJC704, B1000×9500 mm on the UJC106. Where rebar is present, an over-belt magnet (RCY650 on the UJC704, UJC805 and UJC96E) pulls steel out before the product lands.
Choosing by Required Tonnage
Start from tonnes per hour, then check the feed size you actually have. These bands follow the rated figures in the table above.
UJC425 (6-8 t/h), UJC503E (10-20 t/h), UJC503 and UTC503 (10-30 t/h), UJC604 and UTC604 (15-30 t/h). Compact, rubber-track or trailer-mounted, and sized for foundations, landscaping and small demolition jobs.
UJC704 (30-50 t/h) with a 680×430 mm opening and 350 mm feed, or UJC805 (70-100 t/h) with an 800×500 mm opening and 425 mm feed. The two most common units for demolition and recycling yards.
UJC96E (60-150 t/h) with pre-screen, UJC906 (80-150 t/h), UJC106 (150-300 t/h) and UJC116 (150-500 t/h). Quarry and contract-crushing duty, with 630-650 mm feed openings.

Questions we are asked most often by contractors, quarry operators and dealers
How many mobile jaw crusher models does UPSEN make?+
Twelve. Ten tracked UJC models (UJC425 to UJC116) and two trailer-mounted UTC units (UTC503 and UTC604). Rated capacity runs from 6 t/h on the UJC425 to 500 t/h on the UJC116 in limestone.
What is the maximum feed size of a mobile jaw crusher?+
It depends on the model: 180×300 mm on the UJC425 and UJC503E, 250 mm on the UJC503 and UTC503, 300 mm on the UJC604 and UTC604, 350 mm on the UJC704, 425 mm on the UJC805 and UJC96E, 525 mm on the UJC906, 630 mm on the UJC106 and 650 mm on the UJC116.
What output size can I set?+
Closed-side setting ranges from 10-50 mm (UJC425, UTC503) and 10-70 mm (UJC503) up to 50-180 mm (UJC106) and 70-200 mm (UJC116). One jaw crusher produces a single discharge fraction; add a tracked screener to split it into graded sizes.
Mobile jaw crusher or mobile impact crusher?+
A jaw crusher reduces by compression and takes hard rock, reinforced concrete and abrasive feed. An impact crusher is normally chosen for cleaner concrete and asphalt (RAP) where a more cubical product matters. Both families are listed on the mobile crusher page.
Do I need a screener as well?+
Only if you need more than one finished size. The crusher discharges one fraction at the closed-side setting; a scalping or vibrating screener splits it into saleable grades and returns oversize. UPSEN screeners run from 30 to 400 t/h.
How is a mobile jaw crusher transported between sites?+
The tracked models are self-propelled and travel on a standard low-bed trailer: from 1,300 kg (UJC425) to 52,500 kg (UJC116). The UTC503 and UTC604 are trailer-mounted and towable, at 4,500 kg and 3,350 kg.
How much does a mobile jaw crusher cost?+
Price depends on the model, the options fitted (magnet, side conveyor, electric drive) and the destination. Send your material, required tonnage and output size and we return a configured quotation, normally within 24 hours.
